A design-and-build practice for the outdoors

Midland Dynamic Property Services designs and builds outdoor and property spaces across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. On paper, we do landscaping, paving, driveways, fencing, planting and structural garden work. In practice, we do something simpler and harder: we make homes feel better to live in. The team, led by Alex, brings more than 50 years of combined experience across landscaping, construction and outdoor design.
