MDPS founder Alex may be young, but he has spent more than a decade delivering and managing large-scale projects. During that time, he saw how often the delivery of the work became disconnected from the client's experience. That lack of intention usually showed in the finished quality too. Even as more businesses appeared offering the same services, it became harder to find an option that delivered both quality workmanship and a considered experience without breaking the bank.
Alex decided this was no longer something he could ignore. In April 2024, after careful planning around how a more elevated experience could be delivered before, during and after every project, MDPS was born. The client's experience would be treated with as much intention as the physical work itself.
Nobody specifically dreams of a patio, new fencing or a set of floorboards. They imagine what those things make possible: more barbecues, more birthdays, more time to relax and more reasons to step outside. We are not simply creating landscapes. We are creating the scene for many fond memories to come, and that is the focus behind every tile we lay and every nail we drive, throughout the company.
A well-designed outdoor space changes daily rhythms: where you eat, how you host, when you rest. We treat the garden as the most honest room of the house, and design it with the same seriousness as any interior.
A beautiful finish delivered through a stressful process isn't a premium service. Communication, tidiness, reliability and respect for your home are designed into our work as deliberately as the paving pattern.
We choose materials for how they'll look in fifteen years, not fifteen days, and build so that what we hand over keeps its promise season after season.
The best brief isn't a list of tasks. It's an understanding of how you want to live. We ask more questions than most, because the answers are what make a space feel personal rather than installed.
“You're not buying a patio or garden. You're buying a better way to live in and experience your space.”
